My research focuses on trying to understand the transport properties of various systems. In particular, I model the electronic transport in micro and nanodevices such as MOSFETs, to understand recent experimental results and to help improve the performance of future designs. The main tools I use are nonequilibrium Green's functions, kinetic theory, and solid state physics, combined with numerical simulations.
Keywords: micro and nanoelectronics, numerical simulations, device physics, material science.
